A Bit About Us
We met at Penn State, bonded over a love of movement, good food, and long conversations about what makes people feel their best. Over the years, that curiosity turned into late-night research, trying new recipes, and slowly shaping our home into a calmer, cleaner, more intentional place to live.
Today, we’re still those same people—just with a little boy in the mix, more dishes in the sink, and a deeper desire to create a home that supports our family’s health in simple, practical ways.
How we got here.
It started with “what if we did this differently?”
Long before we became parents, we were asking questions about food, stress, sleep, and the little things inside our home that might be shaping our health. We didn’t overhaul our life overnight—we just started making one small change at a time.
Then came home.
We swapped mattresses, filtered our water, opened the windows more, simplified our pantry, and paid attention to how each shift actually felt. Bit by bit, our house started to feel lighter, calmer, and more “us.”
And then came Greylan.
Pregnancy and becoming parents brought a new layer of care. Suddenly every choice—from the nursery to our nighttime routines—had a little pair of eyes attached to it. That season reshaped our priorities and reminded us why this slow, intentional approach matters so much.
Now, we’re just inviting you in.
We don’t have it all figured out. Our house gets noisy, our plans get messy, and we’re still learning every day. But we believe there’s so much hope in small, steady changes—and we’re grateful to share what’s helped our family along the way.
Life inside our home.
Most days you’ll find us in the kitchen, barefoot on the wood floors, with something simmering on the stove and toys on the rug. There’s usually a pot of coffee, a stack of dishes, and a baby whose diaper needs changed. It’s not perfect—but it’s ours, and we’re learning how to make it a place where our bodies and hearts can exhale.
The choices we share here—about food, products, sleep, and rhythms—are simply the ones that have helped our own family feel more steady, energized, and at peace. If they can offer a little hope or clarity for your home too, that’s a gift.

Bethany is a Registered Dietitian and former Certified Personal Trainer. Craig is a Board-Certified Nutritionist with a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and over a decade of experience as a Master-Certified Health Coach.
But more than anything, we’re just two parents trying to make thoughtful, steady choices for our family — and sharing what we learn along the way.
